On 11/3/16 I ordered a hot tub cover and lifter.That very same day my credit card was charged for the full amount.
Today is 12/14/16 and I do NOT have my cover and lifter despite many phone calls that resulted in broken promises. The last was that by the end of the day yesterday, I'd have the tracking number for my shipment. I just called again at 8:30 am this morning. A very rude employee named Sally answered.
She was stuck in traffic and couldn't answer any of my questions.
(Their website clearly says that they begin business at 8am.) Just very frustrated at this point.Please reconsider if you are thinking about ordering from Solis.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of solis spa covers hot tub cover. Solis Spa Covers needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
