On 11/3/16 I ordered a hot tub cover and lifter. That very same day my credit card was charged for the full amount.

Today is 12/14/16 and I do NOT have my cover and lifter despite many phone calls that resulted in broken promises. The last was that by the end of the day yesterday, I'd have the tracking number for my shipment. I just called again at 8:30 am this morning. A very rude employee named Sally answered.

She was stuck in traffic and couldn't answer any of my questions.

(Their website clearly says that they begin business at 8am.) Just very frustrated at this point. Please reconsider if you are thinking about ordering from Solis.

We ordered our cover on 11/18. Each time we have called to inquire about it, we get the same answer.

They'll get it on the track will get it by next Wednesday. Sally was very rude to me this morning also.

She told me to stop talking. I said have respect for me as a customer she said have respect for me and hung up .
