Wished I had read the reviews before I ordered my hot tub cover.I would never had ordered from this company.
I ordered my cover on September 2- and they got their money on the same day. It is now October 25th and still no cover. Every time I call I'm either told that I will be receiving tracking information next week or they don't answer at all.
Now I'm going to have to try and get my money back.I do not recommend them at all.
